Our Team
Founder & CEO
Monica Hedges-Wrentz
Our 'Jill of many trades' knows all too well what overcoming obstacles and life's challenges looks like. After winning her own battle over depression and recovering from a year of devasting losses; she founded Overview Transitional Housing to provide women a safe, supportive space to heal and thrive. Understanding the gaps in care, she established Overview Behavioral Health to address the real barriers Residents experience.
(Wait there's more!)
She didn't stop there; she has expanded her reach in the community by becoming the Program Director for The Bridge Ministry; a day and cold shelter in OTR, birthing Overview's Community Outreach Program. Although her plate seems full, she still finds time to give each client her undivided attention to enact a positive change in their lives.
